Applicable to the provision of services
These conditions govern the sales of service provisions (audiovisual creation, web development, digital strategy) by Krissnorde.
Any service order is subject to a detailed preliminary quote. The order is only validated after signature of the quote (or validation by email with the mention "Agreed") and payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount including tax.
Prices are indicated in euros. VAT is applied according to the current rate. Payment is made by bank transfer. The balance is due upon project delivery or according to the schedule defined in the quote.
Any late payment will result in the application of late penalties in accordance with current Belgian legislation, as well as a lump sum indemnity for recovery costs.
Delivery deadlines are given as an indication in the quote. They depend notably on the client's responsiveness in providing the necessary elements (texts, images, access, validations). Any delay due to the client cannot engage the provider's liability.
Krissnorde retains exclusive ownership of all creations, source files, graphics, and codes produced as part of the service. Payment of the invoice only entails the concession of a right of use for the purpose specified in the quote. Any transfer of intellectual property (assignment of economic rights) must be the subject of an explicit request from the Client and will be subject to additional billing as well as a specific assignment contract.
These conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute that could not be resolved amicably, the courts of the judicial district of Nivelles shall have sole jurisdiction.
